Michael Moore Diptych Arylic on Canvas titled "Entering the Karaka Grove" depicting an ancient stand of Karaka trees at Te Awaiti, a remote coastal station on the Southern East coast of the Waiarapa. Michael Moore in 1994 spent 6 months at Te Awaiti as an artist in residence and has over the years observed and painted this grove of ancient Karakas. Each panel measures 1520mm x 1220mm overall measurement is 1520mm x2440mm.
